长沙矿冶研究院选矿一组是选矿技术力量最强的课题组,目前在余永富院士的指导下从事铁、锰、铬、有色金属、非金属矿的选矿技术与装备开发研究及工业废渣综合利用。服务范围包括新矿山选矿可行性研究;老矿山工艺流程优化;铁精矿提质降杂;选矿技术服务与咨询;中小选矿厂建设与技术改造;
本课题组在复杂难选铁矿石选矿技术、菱铁矿磁化焙烧选矿技术、铁精矿提质降杂(降低硫、磷、钾、钠等杂质含量)技术、微细粒嵌布铁矿石浮选技术、石英长石分离技术、金红石矿综合回收技术、粉煤灰综合利用技术等方面均有突出的业绩。
本课题组以加强科技创新,提高选矿行业整体技术为己任,在积极开发能解决选矿难题的关键技术的同时,密切跟踪世界先进选矿技术,力求通过行业整体选矿技术水平的提高,扩大以贫、细、杂为特点的我国矿产资源的综合利用率。竭诚为矿山企业提供先进的选矿工艺、设备、药剂及技术咨询服务。

The specialty of Beneficiation
in Changsha Research Institute Of Mining And Metallurgy
is the backbone for The Research and Development Base of
National Common Technology, and Beneficiation Research Group
One is the strongest of the former Beneficiation Institute,
which is the consolidation of the most powerful Qi Dashan
Group and Baotou Broup, equipped with the biggest number
of the research staff and the most remarkable scientific
and technological strength.
Under the instruction of Professor Yu Yongfu, an outstanding
academician of the Engineering Academy of China, Beneficiation
Research Group One is presently engaging in the research
of beneficiation technology concerning the ferrous metal
minerals such as iron, manganese, and chromium, the rare
metals like rare earth cahelate laser, copper, cobalt and
the nonmetals such as sulphidic ore, rutile, zirconite and
arenaceous quartz. It is one of the major units shouldering
the national key scientific and technological projects of
beneficiation industry in China’s fifth, sixth, seventh,
eighth, ninth, tenth Five-year Plans, and has made striking
contribution to the development, construction and scientific
and technological progress of Baotou Steel, Wuhan Steel,
Anshan Steel, Jiuquan Steel, Benxi Steel and Capital Steel,
so far covering over ten most important scientific and technological
achievements which occupy a leading international position.
Research Group One has advanced
creative and original solutions to many complex and crucial
technological problems in the field of beneficiation and
production, the model examples of which can be demonstrated
in a series of most influential research work: the feasibility
research of the establishment of beneficiating plant, laboratory
testwork, extended continuous test and industrial testwork
for setting up Diao Juntai Beneficiating Plant of Anshan
Steel , the biggest lateritic ore beneficiating plant in
China; the research of new beneficiation process and separation
equipment for Daye mixed-form iron ore(magnetite, hematite,
limonite and siderite ) of Wuhan Steel; the research of
feeble magnetic-powerful magnetic-flotation recovering of
iron from Baotou Baiyun Ebo large-scale polymetallic ore;
the research of the new beneficiation process for rare earth
cahelate laser; the research of the development and utilization
of Baotou Baiyun Ebo chromium resources; the research dedicated
to Wuyan Iron Mineral of Henan province and to Peruvian
Iron Mineral of Capital Steel which is located in South
America; the research of Australian iron ore beneficiation;
the research of beneficiation technology for complex and
refractory micro-particle iron ore in Tilton of the U. S.
; the research of beneficiation technology for the complex
and refractory iron ore in Vietnam.
Particularly, the achievements obtained
from the research of feeble magnetic—powerful magnetic—flotation
recovering of iron from Baotou Baiyun Ebo large-scale polymetallic
ore and the new beneficiation process for rare earth cahelate
laser were awarded Ten National Scientific and Technological
Achievements Prize in 1992.
The other major prizes granted to the achievements made
by Research Group One are as the following: two pieces of
the First Prize of National Scientific and Technological
Progress Reward and three pieces of the Second Prize in
1985-2006; three pieces of Top-grade Prize of Scientific
and Technological Progress Reward (Ministry of Metallurgy),
one achievement honored One of the Ten Major Achievements
of National Scientific and Technological Progress; the achievements
of the research and the engineering application of new beneficiation
process, new reagent, new equipment for Anshan-type lean
hematite and magnetite in 2003 awarded Top-grade Prize of
Metallurgical Scientific and Technological Progress(Ministry
of Metallurgy ) and the Second Prize of national Scientific
and Technological Progress.
